Hi All

we are having issues with jamming on Ecosys 2635's jam code 4211, fuser jam , we have increased the spring tension the actuator spring but still keep getting jam 4211 any solutions to the issue

Replace the fuser. There is a bulletin re the sliding sheet.
Should still be under warranty.
Have had to replace many FK-1150s

thanks is this the only solution ?
is there no way to repair the issue as we be sitting with loads of FK1150's if we keep replacing to slove jam 4211
