    Are there alternative scooters from another manufacturer that fit here?
    has anyone ever tried this copier?[/COLOR]
    After about 30000 to 60000 we have to drive to the customer to change the feed rollers.

      Is it safe to say that induction scooters are feed rollers? Your translation software missed the mark by a little.

      The pickup roller is smaller than the others. I don't have a substitute for that one. But you can substitute A00J 5636 00 Konica Minolta rollers for the feed and separation. They last a lot longer, but you do have to swap the hubs. =^..^=

      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          What type/weight of media is the customer using?

          Cheap recycled paper can cause the rollers to wear out prematurely.

              I have these roles there.
              I've already tried that, but the roll is 2 millimeters too wide and can only be reduced badly. Have you ever tested these roles?
              We take these scooters for TA 3010i and 2551ci because it works very well.
              The customer does not use recycled paper.

                  I've had a few places (only on tray 3) where after 30k or so, a flat spot shows up on the sep roller causing J0503 misfeeds. If I replace the rollers, or even swap the entire feed assembly, the same problem eventually pops up again. For me, the fix has been to move the sep roller spring tension 1 notch tighter (or stronger. However you look at it.) so there is more pressure.

                          0501 and 0511 are the traffic jam code
                          The retard roller are completely flat at one point and did not turn right
                          Today I changed a roller after 17000 copies
                          We will try the Minolta roller, we also build them at 2551.
