How you wants to receive >200MB by mail?
Current version = V15
If your system is still running with older version than V10 , you has to upgrade to V10 at first.
Second step to V15
If you installed modified DV unit for BK, system needs V11 minimum....

I don't know which version is installed ... the machine condition only appears WELCOME ... I have replaced the HDD and Ram but it doesn't solve the problem ... the program has never been updated.. can I get the old firmware link..

At 99% of all cases with "Welcome" at Saturn range the FW Dimm was broken!
With broken Dimm the system won`t accept FW upgrade.
I can`t share FTP link or else for downloading.
On Kyocera webpage it`s possible to download, or ask KYO rep for this.

sorry, but it`s not possible to send FW package >100MB by mail...
No way.
You has to ask KYO rep for it
If you are authorized tech, you`ll get it.
