I've got a Kyocera 6535cidn leaving streaks where the id sensors are located on the 1st copy or print out in the morning, previous tech has replaced all the drums,DV's and transfer belt, sure looks like calibration marks put on transfer belt for id sensors not being cleaned off by transfer belt cleaning blade though, also kicking C7620 codes in the background total count of 120 times, manually cleaned Id sensors and updated firmware as well, anybody fought this one yet?

You don't happen to hear a timing belt in the left side jumping, do you?
I PMed another Genesis machine a month ago, and when I powered up afterwards I heard the noise. I'm not sure why but the transfer belt cleaner on the new belt would not turn, making the belt jump. Thinking quickly, I grabbed the cleaner off of the old transfer belt unit and slipped it onto the new. The defective cleaner could probably have been made to work, but I wasn't curious enough to find out.
Also I've seen the waste toner passages in the transfer belt pack up, and need vacuuming out. There's two for you. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

The cleaning unit in the transfer belt doesn't rely primarily on the cleaning blade, it actually charges the metal roller insiide the cleaning unit. If you look along the belt, you'll see where the current should come from. There are springs on the front frame side that make with contacts on the belt. I've had one of those springs come off.Comment

I didn't hear any unusual noises ,but I will listen closer, also the waste toner bottle was brand new so perhaps they let it back up before they replaced it.Comment
