    [CQ] Copy Quality

    Good day

i have a Ecosys 5526cdw , that is giving me light prints , poor quality , i replaced the black drum , cleaned out the inside of the machine and still got light copies/prints even status page is light , i have tried the altitude adjustment which helped only for about 5-7 copies / prints and is light again , also done firmware upgrade and still no difference

any suggestions or help would be appreciated

    thank you in advance

OEM toner? Did you try fresh paper? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

What about the environment? Business, industrial ... maybe dirty laser if you've got a dirty environment. =^..^=

Since you said that you replaced the black drum I would have to assume the black portion of the status page is light. I would first start with replacing the black DV followed by the secondary transfer roller.

Is eco print on or any other toner save feature on the driver?
