    Samples would be nice. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

First of all, you cannot just swap parts around. When you changed the charge roller did you reset the counter?

how many pages did the developer and drum of each machine? At each replacement, calibration must be performed. Is the transfer belt clean and also the exposure? Are all toners oem?

          Is toner OEM?
Remove toner cartidge , make skyshots till message to add toner appears , put toner cartidge in and try some copies.

Idling colour developers are not healthy developers.

Thanking all for the suggestions and replay.

The copy/print counter of the machine is around 400,000 pages for one machine and less than than for the second .

i have been using Katun toner for all these machines . it never gave any problem ( at least for me ).

charger roller is replaced and counter reset.

when swapping the developer crtb and drum crtg . developer and drum refresh and calibration is performed .

                      thanks guys
