Hi everyone. I'm in the dot, my kyocera prints and scans as if it had eco mode on. I replaced the laser and developer and drum cmyk modules. Anyone seen something like this? kyocera blady wydruk1.jpg

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
I replaced the dv and dr transfer belt with a used one from another good machine. I was doing u21 and updating the firmware. the printouts from the machine's computer and scanner are faint colors.
Explain to me please how a drum or developing unit could cause light scans.
I need to know. =^..^=

will express more clearly. scanned image to computer is ok, copy and print are bad. Don't look for a problem that doesn't exist. please help with printing the machine.

Eco print is clearly enabled from your status page. Disable eco print and perform drum and dev refresh then calibration followed by tone curve adjustment. This WILL solve the issue.

Ropevira is right friend, the image you posted clearly shows that ecoprint is on, and it seems likely that could cause this issue. Best of luck, please let us know if you solve the issue and how.
Eco print is off, I checked if there was any difference on it. Eco print turned off has the same effect. Refreshing does nothing.
Then perhaps a charge issue? If the drum(s) are being charged past what is expected it could cause less toner to be attracted to the drum, leading to a faded image overall. Not sure what the best method to test this theory would be.
My vote for troubleshooting is on secondary transfer poor efficiency. check that the contact spring as well the contact pad at the rear of the door for debris and deformation.
The rear pad and spring gathers toner or other dust and will bleed current from HV causing low transfer efficiency.
try stopping the copier during a print, and look at the transfer belt exposed face, is the image dense, or faint? and does image remain on the belt after it has passed the secondary, and returning toward the left side of machine(top of belt)? Then the secondary transfer isn't good.
