Good morning

I received a machine in our workshop with a machine failure call service 0180 on the screen , i ran the U004 and after that i am now getting a 0150 error referring to eprom, any assistance please

Has it had a board swap? EPROM not on the board or inserted wrong way round?

The board was not swapped and yes the eeprom is in the correct way

I recommend going to SIM 004
and check the serial numbers
Engine & Main
imperative the Engine number must be the machine number.

Use a genuine Kyocera toner cartridge in it. Many generic toners will cause this error. If you are using a genuine cartridge, try another one.

Yes on the range which does not use the RFID technique, it is a direct contact by springs.
If the chip on the cartridge breaks the 3.3V circuit, you get C0150 or F040 because no more communication between the main and Engine !!

But there if in SIM 004

I am thinking of the Eprom or Engine card.

Do you have a serial number in SIM 004?
