can i use developer unit from an other TA 5500i machine? Do i have to execute any program?

Yes you can. I would run 464, 412 & 410, but it's not required.

do you have parts manual?

of course you will have to execute the dev init to get the proper quality

Yes you can,
but you has to run all needed adjustments after replacement.

Below extract from servicemanual:
When replacing the new developer unit,
proceed as follows:
1) Perform maintenance mode U140
(AC calibration) for 55 ppm model
only (see page 1-3-80).
2)Perform maintenance mode U464
(Calibration) (see page 1-3-169).
3)Perform maintenance mode U410
(Adjusting the halftone automatically)
(see page 1-3-147).

If you don`t do it, you`ll get problems in near future from my experience....
