    Help with printer km3530

I recently installed the maintenance kit and replaced drum, developer, fuser and rollers about six months ago. Everything was working smooth until now. Please see picture I don't know what it could be. 123_1(1).jpg123_1(1).jpg

Stop the copy before it enters the fuser, if image is ok then it's the fuser. If it's before check the DEV unit

I will try that right away. Is there an easy way to stop it before it reaches the fuser? or do I just pull out the plug?

There is NO envelope mode fuser pressure is fixed!

No Falcon machine has adjustable fixing pressure

It looks like fixing to me. What sort of media is this? What media type setting? Is the telfon coating intact on the heat roller? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
