Yes, sir. I feel like I should be paying yall for this education. I've learned a lot over the past couple of days.

F24c is a web browser issue. Try using Firefox. The issue I had is trying to log into Command Center. Kyocera is working on a firmware fix

I've seen this problem before but that wasn't the case this time. I followed the instructions given to me in this thread and my customer hasn't experienced the problem again.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I have the same problem with Kyocera FS-6525MFP, whenever you try login the web browser, it gives error code F24C. I tried to upgrade firmware to the latest version but no different. Both two copier are giving the same error code.
I was using google chrome then tried changing to edge web browser but still the same.
I also used direct connection from laptop to Machine it was not, maybe because i was using straight cable not cross over.

                  Please can someone help?
                  Thanks

                    Thanks

I've never worked on this model and don't know how to change the settings to resolve the F24C error.

For the 306ci, I went to Web Interface >Security Setting > Error Setting and turn on Auto Error Clear. I also updated firmware. That was the last time I got a call for the F24c error code. Sorry I couldn't be of more help. Maybe someone else has the answer you're looking for.

Solution was to have the data sent in another format.
