Re: taskalfa 5500i
Try changing memory. If that doesn't work:
F000: Communication error between main PWB and operation PWB
Turn the main power switch off/on to restart the machine. If the error is not resolved, replace main PWB
Replace the operation PWB and check for correct operation.Adversity temporarily visits a strong man but stays with the weak for a lifetime. -

Re: taskalfa 5500i
system won`t accept any USB key, no full start up procedure finished and finally no upgrade possible.
If system stucks in "Welcome", upgrade possible but if F000 is coming up after a while, it can`t work.
I tried to duplicate some possibilities.

Re: taskalfa 5500i
i believe its a problem of main formatter board
try to clear memory if possible
follow the update instructions from manual and dont plug USB under the front panel
i am also dealing with the same model but the fault is something elseComment

Re: taskalfa 5500i
system needs HDD and 1 GB ASIC memory for communication between main board and operation panel.
In most cases, our technicians exchanged HDD and systems worked well again.
You can use used HDD and/ or 1GB memory dimm from other system.
In normal case system will start FW upgrade with other HDD mounted..Comment
