need help,how to solve white line on paper kycera km2050.

one day my boss buy a old copier kyocera km 2050 to office and send machine to me for repair, i search any error code and problem it i found on internet and manual.pdf but i cant solve one problen a vertical white line on paprer.
my solution i found on internet and thried but not work.
1.change cleaning blade and drum unit
2.cleangin develper unit and take out old toner and add new toner i use TonerOA Hiquality is a brand toner in thailand.
look for ward you to help me and sory for bad englitsh.

If you already try to replace OPC and dev roller then you have problem with pressure roller maybe.

thank you so much for answer. i very sure a problem is near drum i test to copie a book and take out left cover if paper go to half of drum unit i pickup paper in side drum and found white spot on paper.

For corona you can use IPA and cotton cloth. For mirror, just dry cloth. This is just light dust on mirror.

Maybe corona wire already have cleaner which you need to slide. I am not 100% sure. Please check.

There is a built in cleaning rod for the corona, but also give this a clean with alcohol etc, be genital it is fragile.

To clean the laser glass use a damp cloth. Take the drum & developer unit out & look for a slot where the image is 'shone' onto the drum this is where you need to clean, the strip of glass.

i have AAA thiner and sorvent is it ok for use?.
is my picture when i use cool water, cloth and cotton brush for clean a grid and lasor .

i change to use tinner AAA grade in thailand to cleaning grid and cleaning wire with green slide. After i cleaning is look good a white line is change positon.
i test slising a green slide with long time 10 or 20 round but white line on copie not remove.

I'm going to guess that there's an obstruction under the doctor blade, in the developing unit. Such obstructions can shift around. Or you might have a buildup of toner on the developing roller.

For the obstructions you can make a mylar "hook" to fish them out. Lets see if I have a photo:

I'm going to guess that there's an obstruction under the doctor blade, in the developing unit. Such obstructions can shift around. Or you might have a buildup of toner on the developing roller.

For the obstructions you can make a mylar "hook" to fish them out. Lets see if I have a photo:

A3 machine? Guess the copy is SEF landscape.
Had one of theses on the first call 2 years later the machine was on 300K and the complaint was light copies.
Cleaned the optics and all the rest, prints turned good again unt chapeau.

These things really that tough? It was in Giyani South-Africa. Its as Africa as you can get. Hot as hell and dusty.
Should have given more attention to Kyocera.

These models are well known for accumulating ozone buildup on the mirrors and slit glass in the scanner optics. Typical glass cleaner is not strong enough to remove ozone. You may need to use 95% pure alcohol. =^..^=

Seen this too many times on this series. It is dirty optics. As Blackcat suggested use 95%+ alcohol to dissolve the ozone build up. After using the alcohol to clean the mirrors make sure you use a clean wipe to dry them off one mirror at a time and check to make sure there is no "haze" left on any of the mirrors. Using a bright flashlight to shine on the mirrors will show you were the haze is as normal room light will not. You also need to take the cover off the lens and the CCD and clean both of those as well. It may take two cleanings to completely eliminate the light areas.

I'm pretty sure I know the answer but I gotta ask before I make one of these. I like it. Have you ever damaged a doctor blade with the mylar hook?
