Hey Guy's We have a new tech here that is trying to get some video training in. Last week Adobe shut down flash player. Training videos won't play at all or some will start out, only to stop after a few sections. Has anyone found a work around, or even noticed this yet? Some of the newer machines still work, but you need to pass some old ones first as prerequisites. We have some inquires in to Kyocera, but so far what they have told us is that they are not going to redo the videos (not much help). TIA

Re: Flash Player
I keep getting the pop-ups that Flash Player is outdated and should be removed. Other than that it's been a long time since I took video training.
How long has it been since we were in that Kyocera class? =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

You have a very good memory, that has to have been 15 or 20 years ago.Comment
