What is the procedure that has to be done when the dv unit is replaced? There were no intructions in the box. Thanks in advance

Enter Service Setting. Select New Developer. Press Start, Yes.
Turn off and fit new dev unit. Turn on, it will replenish toner for ten min or so. You may need a new toner cartridge.

Could you provide me the Service manual? Im just a guy trying to stay in business. Independent techs are disappearing. If i had the manual I wouldnt be asking these basic questions. Its a old machine im trying to keep going for a customer.

Is Service setting the same as service mode? If so i entered that mode and didnt see that under any of the descriptions. I scrolled thru the whole menu.
