    [Error Code] TaskAlfa 400ci jam00

Hello, I have a printer whose model is TaskAlfa 400ci. All my Settings are correct. I also checked that the machine has no paper jam, but the error codes JAM 00 and Main Unit cover is open. Should it be set or maintained? thank you

Sadly, the J00 jam means that somebody turned off/on the machine and paper remains in the machine somewhere. If you could print the event log or look at the previous jams you could get a useful jam code to follow up on.

As it is now, you'll need to figure out why the "Door Open" condition is occurring, before you can do anything else.

You may discover that there is no jam, it just hasn't cleared because the door hasn't shown closed yet. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

"close front cover" at Perseus (35ppm) is still a nightmare for me.
      dealer couldn`t find the reason.
YC31 on engine pwb checked, new engine pwb, new switches, no luck...
Now system would swapped and i am waiting for arrival at our HQ for further investigations by me.
      each new suggestions welcome....
Have 1 additional system 308ci with same problem in the field.
There we shortened YC31, swapped engine pwb, but no luck also...
