Re: black stripes in taskalfa 3501i
frankly it looks like the drum is 'burned' was it a brand new OEM drum? -
Re: black stripes in taskalfa 3501i
The printer has been cleaned internally and the drum and developer units are new and original, I have noticed that the toner accumulates making that wave on the roller of the developer unit, but when it is turned manually it disappears, it is also being used original tonerComment

At what interval does the pattern repeat? =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Is the doctor blade not adjusted properly?
Something has to be causing the build up are the spacers out of place or worn?

Did you run ALL needed adjustments, 119,930,464,412,464,410 in the right way?
Did you cleaned everything inside?
