    black stripes in taskalfa 3501i

hi, we have a 3501i that produces a black stripe on the bottom of the folio when more than 10 copies are made, the stripe appears progressively, we have changed the developer unit and drum but it still appears. any idea what's wrong?IMG-20210211-WA0003.jpg

    internal prints OK?

frankly it looks like the drum is 'burned' was it a brand new OEM drum?

The printer has been cleaned internally and the drum and developer units are new and original, I have noticed that the toner accumulates making that wave on the roller of the developer unit, but when it is turned manually it disappears, it is also being used original toner

At what interval does the pattern repeat? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          So is a seal leaking?

Is the doctor blade not adjusted properly?

Something has to be causing the build up are the spacers out of place or worn?

Did you run ALL needed adjustments, 119,930,464,412,464,410 in the right way?
            Did you cleaned everything inside?
