My manual does not show this code as an applicable code for the CS-3060. But that wouldn't be the first time that a code didn't show up in the manual.
It does apply to a CS-3040. As zaza quoted from the manual:
1) Reload firmware.
2) Reseat Main DIMM & reload firmware
3) Replace Main DIMM & reload firmware
3) Replaced Main Controller & reload firmware

A KM-3060 does not accept the DP-700 document processor It takes the DP-670 document processor. If you're sure about the DP-700 document processor part, maybe you have a FalconIII (KM-3050, KM-4050, KM-5050). The document processors are different in several ways.
DP-670: dual pass document processor
DP-700: single pass document processor with CIS to scan second side.
