Good day all. FS 6525 DP paper feed motor is constantly on. Upgraded firmware cleaned all sensors on DP. Replaced said motor and DP Main PWB. Problem still persists. Two machines with this same issue? Is there any chance you've got a pinched wire in the DP somewhere? I've had these DP's torn down to the frame, and there's not much to them. I'd start by re-seating all the connectors, and re-routing the harnesses into the looms.

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Find a 255/305 or a 205c/255c or an FS-C8520/C8525
Just swap 1 and see if your problem goes away and start troubleshooting. The entire ADF just lifts off once you undo the 2 thumbs screws and connectorComment
