        Did you tried it from different PC? Could be Windows update doing weird things on PC in question.

            MS will override any driver settings

                    Stick to main body dude

                        Normally Word is defaulted to "Use Printer Setting" for Default Tray. This setting can be found under Options>Advanced Settings>Print

And yes i discovered today that this problem occurs after windows 10 make update on KB ****802. So someone installed the xps drivers. I remove everything.. even the patch itself. But still a no go for tray 2. Which is really weird.

                                wusa /uninstall /kb:5000802

                                wusa /uninstall /kb:5000808

                                    Actually.. windows made an update on windows 10 (KB...802) which makes BSOD on kyocera machines and canon middle print is not showing when you send print. At the same time only 1 pc is currently on that office. Im planning to go back and bring 1 laptop with windows 7 OS to try.

                                        I will prepare my windows 7 64 bit laptop for to try.. this laptop is no printer driver installed so everything will be good.

                                        Will try to use KX driver which is 6.3.162 version.
