    Kyocera emails using Office 365

I have several clients using Office 365 and have set them up in the past to send emails from their Kyocera Copiers/Printers with not problem. Set up a new client up with the office 365 and it will not send at all. Using their email I get the Error 1102.

Check the following on the COMMAND CENTER RX.
    >SMTP login user name ad login password.
    >POP3 login user name and login password.

Have already checked the user name and password and can login with them on their computer and WEB portal.

Changed the user name and password on the copier to another user I know worked and it sends OK and even mine and it works.

    Anyone run into this problem????

Update the firmware, this is a known issue with O365 & Kyocera.

          Firmware is up to date.

Also tried the setting on another machine (different machine, different location) still does not work. It is not the machine.

I can log into the account and emails VIA the 365 web portal. So I know the account and password is correct.

Is the login and sender the same the name?
If so double check spelling and can you login to Office365 web mail using the same logins?

One thing is to set up a SMTP relay. If they have a large quality IT service supporting them, most already have such relay server services setup.

The other option is to set up a local SMTP relay such as Stunnel. stunnel: Home
