[Jamming] TA 3501 Jams a Reg roller I believe 113 Jams Pic included

Intermittent paper jams. Will work fin then start jamming over and over. Then it may start running copies. I believe the jam is 113 but not sure. (Transport open while copying). I change the transport unit with a known good on still no change. Naturally the copier is about 60 miles away and I have been there twice. Any help would be very appreciated !!!

You should really know the code after going there twice and it's so far away. If it is 113, that's an oddly specific code. The machine must feel the door is opening. I'd look at the front and rear latches, items 11 and 17 on PDF page 19.

But if you see a lot of reddish dust in the machine you could have clutches failing. The drive pack 302L693080

I'm pretty sure all the clutches in the door are for duplexing.

Is there any latent image on the belt when it jams? Perhaps your primary transfer belt is stalling? I would have more confidence if you knew what jam code. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Went back today, Jam code is 4101. I replaced the paper drive pack (And Circuit board attached and motor) also replace the entire conveying door. All off working machines. Did the same thing. Thinking may be a controller board connection of some kind of short. Pretty much gonna sell them a new one. The customer said the bought this machine for $200. THANKS SO MUCH FOR THE HELP !!!!

At first check if you get J4102 by using cass. 2
2nd step: check U031/ Regist switch
3rd step: regist clutch controlling is coming from Feed PWB1 instead of feed pwb2 (changed by you), enter U032 and check "regist" clutch, you must hear a small "click"
Check clutch itselfs, if it`s rusty or else
4th step: reconnect FFC/ YC1 from Feed 1 pwb and YC5 from engine pwb
5th step: check plugs on both sides from FFC, (have seen wrong mounted plugs, because of this we have had oxidations at pwb connectors)
