    kyocera 2553ci job accounting.

    Good morning all

    i am new to the Kyosera brand and have a client that is looking to setup account /job account codes , can some one maybe please send me a step by step instruction on how to do this please

    It is all pretty well set out in the downloadable user guides
    Set up the codes on the machine. Turn user codes on and make sure each user has their code set in the print driver.

          Samanator your post is spot on, we use dispatches phone number instead of the zip code, same idea. I would like to add that this account be set with administrator rights so the tech can get into the service modes without having to log in with Admin/Admin.
