[Jamming] Kyocera km-2050 jamming on fuser roller

Hello, i have this occasional Jamming on this old Kyocera where, few months ago, i changed in the fuser block the upper fuser roller, the picker fingers and the upper roller bushings.

I think it could be the lower fuser pressing roller causing the jam? the orange one? It looks a bit worn out.
Any other parts that it's advised to change?

Thanks in Advance, also this is my first post, hello everybody.

I have had the actuator for the diverter do similar to what you are showing. Since paper arrives the the wrong section it jams since those rollers are not engaging it jams. you can try cancelling the job then changing the output to where the paper is arriving. If this works I have seen both the actuator or the board be bad on these old units.

      Jam code?
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Check the drive gears in the exit assembly, there is a drive belt that runs between them. The locking tab on one of the gears is broken allowing the gear to wander [or come completely come off] hence the feed rollers are not turning causing the jam you picture. If the gears are OK, make sure you do not have a buildup of vaporized paper dust [appears as a brown residue] on the lower exit guide. Sometimes you just clean it, but the long term resolution is to replace the exit assembly.

You're taking me back in time, LOL. Wasn't that bad gear for duplex jams though?

Forgive my ignorance but im not a technician, is this the exit assembly? I also added the green arrow to point out one of the... uh... rollers is the right name? looks heavily worn out:

The orange roller doesnt look in bad shape either, a bit wrinkled.

Adding a few more pictures just in case:

Adding as a imgur album, at the moment i cant figure out how to add multiple pictures to a single post.

Stupid question but is the paper going into the fuser or out of it at this point?

At this point call a tech but be prepared to hear parts are no longer available.

You can find a refurbished copier for pretty cheap that at least 10 years newer than this model.
