getting jams out of the fuser, machine has about 120K. get a 4211 code. pulled the fuser cleaned the sensor (had very little dust) Is there a way to check the sensor without replacing it? The press roller and fuser sleeve look new. thanks for any input Bill

You need to replace the fuser assembly under warranty. The problem is not the sensor, it is the slider material that the fuser film rides on has come unglued and is slowing down the paper causing a timing error. There is a tech bulletin out on this. Many times you can observe smudges on the copy/prints. -
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
