    Utax 3508ci error c2700

    Hi all
    have a utax 3508ci throwing an error code c2700 first thing every morning.
    Once machine turned off and back on works all day either no issue.
    Machine has 100k on it and has also had a new tr8560 installed.
    Any help greatly appreciated

          Have replaced the transfer and reseated all the connectors

              I would check the connector on the front of the machine where the transfer belt plugs in. They get bent real easy.

                  The belt release motor code C2700.

                  The belt release motor is located in the main drive unit. The good news is for the Kyocera 4 series machines you can now order just the belt release motor instead of replacing the entire main drive unit. 303TB94010 PARTS DC MOTOR ASSY C

                  For your UTAX machine I'm not certain which generation it is, you may need the main drive unit. It's the one that drives the developing and drum sections.
