Hello, I have a brand new Kyocera DF-7140 it flashes Tray A is full of paper and there is no paper in tray A. What would that be

that would be a reason to do a warranty exchange, its brand new right?
playful sarcasm aside, either the tray full actuator is stuck, photo sensors not lined up because strapped too hard in truck or a connector has been bounced out.
can you go into maint mode and see what sensor is active?
