I see that it's ENABLED by default for the CFxxx errors on the new boxes I've got in my showroom. Is that true of the previous models?

    As far as I can tell, u287 began life on the 308ci lineup, 3011, 2552ci, 4002, M4125, M3655, and M2155cdn/cdw, so it' wouldn't be available in TS406ci...
I came across it while looking for something else. It doesnt' seem to go back to the 306ci series. It is on the new small desktop machines all the way up now.
And you are correct about the CF codes being the only ones on by default. I think that may have changed in the 4 series machines, but we haven't sold any yet.
    Hope that helps !

A good rule of thumb I follow is when I have a non-mechanical problem on a printer is to update/reload firmware, because if I open a ticket, support almost always ask if you have updated it. I do it as a timesaver now
