KM-6030 Blur 3 inches from trail edge

I have a KM-6030 when running in letter with the 11 inch side as the lead edge. I get a front to rear frame blur/ Stretched-out Font (like there fatter than the rest of page 1/4 inch wide and it lands just under 3 inches from trail edge of paper any ideas? -Also it does it on Status Reports and print jobs-

Sounds like transfer or drum stalling. Can you stop it and see the stretch on the drum image????????

      "No..."

I had an observant customer point this out to me.

He says: "Can I show you something?"
      Me: "Sure. What's up?"

He pulls out the transport drawer and points to the white separation wire where it connects to the bed.

"You see that wire? Yesterday it wasn't connected to anything. It was just hanging there."
Me: "You mean the spade connector was pulled off?"
Customer: "No..." then he reaches over and gently pulls the disconnected wire from the back of the spade connector. "...it's just not connected to anything."

I thanked him profusely for saving me a huge amount of time to diagnose what looks like a perfectly good connection. Also J62 & J63 jams. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
