    kyocera ecosys m3655idn

Good evening, I have a Kyocera Ecosys M3655IDN on the field, it creaks insistently during the heating phase and during the printing phase.
I lubricated all the bushings, but without solving the problem.
    do you have any suggestions?
    Thank you

No much you can do really except fit a new fuser unit.

          Hi mate,

The noise could be coming from the transport rollers on the rear door of the equipment, the rollers in the exit unit, or even from the imaging unit if the noise occurs with every print. Don't forget to lubricate the bushings from rear door, and if the issue is with the imaging unit, you should check the waste toner transport auger. There might be solidified toner causing the noise.
Tell us how many prints are made on this mfp.

          Cheers,
          Alex

Ciao, ho già fatto tutte le cose che mi hai suggerito. Ho sostituito l'unità fusore e anche il DV completo e cambiato la porta posteriore. Hai altre idee? Grazie e cordiali saluti

Have you replaced the photo conductive unit?

                Hai sostituito l'unità fotoconduttiva?
