    KYOcera TA 6052CIDN The toner container not installed properly- message intermittent

    Machine has 4000 color 80,000 black, getting a message toner not properly installed, all doors flopping open, when the client reseats them it may go away for a day or two and it happens again, might happen in two hours -they open and close toner doors and machine access door to reset- All firmware up to date(first thing I did)
    All toners are at least 60% cmy K is new 99%-waste bottle is new empty OEM TONERS

    i bet the toner isn't from kyocera.

      No all oem- I replaced black another OEM to be sure of the chip on it, same intermittent problem.

        I have had success with removing all the toners. Shut down the machine. Turn it back on and install the toners back into the machine.

          Had this on one machine, never personally experienced it, but after a few things, ended up replacing the toner hopper unit. The motors and toner pipes are all in the same unit, and never heard back after that. It was on a 5053ci, and that part is the same on the 52 series I believe.

            Remove all the toners restart the machine and add each toner till machine detect each on. could be one toner chip defective
