Hi. I primarily work on Sharps. We were at one time connected to Kyocera. I was previously able to access their dealer support pages. It has been awhile, and it is giving me problems trying to log in. I don't have access to any dealer id #. Before I knew this I told a customer I would return with firmware to see if it would help their problem. I would greatly appreciate if anyone could let me know if there is an alternative method of obtaining firmware for this model. Thank You.
