MAchine suddenly prints double image. Like those caused from deteriated heat roller. After 2-3 hour it printed ok. Any idea why is this happened?

If one of my techs rang me with this I’d hang up. They know they need to do more of the basics before I’ll talk to them about copy quality issues. Usually they will go back to the basics and in the process will solve the issue themselves.
If you are a senior tech, what would you want your junior to tell you about the machine, the problem and what they have done to narrow down the possibilities.

The double printing was likely caused by the fuser or heat roller not reaching the correct temperature initially, possibly due to temperature fluctuations, residue, or wear. After a few hours, it stabilized, allowing it to print normally. If it happens again, inspect the fuser or consider replacement.

A sample might be helpful. Also measure the distance between the repetitions to confirm that it is the fuser.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
