    Kyocera TA2554ci no cyan

Hi there gents, I've currently been sitting with this issue for 2 days now, the machine is not printing any cyan at all, I've replaced the transfer and ran u952 but still nothing, all the motors are turning properly, all the drums and devs are getting drive high voltage is fine, and the cyan developer does have toner, toner motors also turning, firmware updated.

I'm pulling hairs at this point😭😅

Had this issue after delivering a machine, but was for Y not C. During trasnport to site the machine had obviously had a bit of a rough time and the laser glass was completely covered in toner. Have you tried performing a laser glass clean to see if that is your issue?

Also, 7k total counts and coverage rates mostly at level 1 and your Y and C toner containers are showing as empty?

Yes the yellow is almost finished the cyan is full, it just doesn't show there because of the problem I'm having but on the panel it says full

I'll try the laser scanner, is there perhaps a service mode to do that? The machine is locked with papercut MF so I can't access the system menu, I have to do everything through the sim modes

Nevermind I ran U474 now and still no luck, I read another post where they said the problem is at the drive couple at the back, but I also can't see any problems there

remove the cyan charge roller and stop the paper in machine, see if you have image on primary transfer belt.
turn off auto adjust in u100

I would replace the Cyan developer to start.

Cheers for the update on this. Does not appear to be an issue with the glass. I have not had any serious dev/drum/charge issues on this series so far so I would take the advice presented by the others in this thread.

Please keep us updated if you get to the bottom of the issue, I am very interested to see what caused the failure with such a low total count.
