Hi, We have a Kyocera M6526CDN that has not even done <6000 prints.
It was working perfectly until we went to replace the Yellow Toner.
Then we got the "The Toner Container is Improperly Installed" error.
Putting the old empty one back in made this go away.
We tried multiple times but kept getting the same error on the new non genuine toner.
Then someone suggested we remove the RF ID tag. We tried this and got the unknown toner message.
Replaced the tag and back to the "Improperly Installed" error.
Then for no reason while shutting the lid we must have bumped the FAX button.
As soon as it closed we got the following errors.
F246
F375
Turn printer Off & On.
However every power on now results in the F375 error returning.
Does anyone know the "Key Hold" combination to create a reset?
We have tried re-seating all the developers and drums but this did not help.
I read somewhere that the F375 error might be a firmware bug caused by incomplete Fax'ing. (Perhaps when I bumped the button while closing?)
Does anyone have an idea what the error codes are? Or better still a complete chart of these error codes for future help?
Does anyone have the latest FIRMWARE?
Currently running...
Scanner - 2PV_1200.001.003
Panel - 2KX_7000.000.002
Latest Firmware for our other 2x Kyocera Printers would also be handy while we are at it if anyone can help?
Kyocera M5526CDW
Kyocera FS-C5016N
Appreciate any assistance.

EDIT: I have since done some googling. It seems some Kyocera's around this era suffer from a FAX firmware bug resulting in the F375 error.
Sure enough I found this YouTube video.
I tried the same with mine. Basically remove the FAX card from the rear. The printer works fine. No error.
Replace the card and the error returns. It seems a Firmware update is needed.
However Kyocera do not make the files available online.
Our other issue remains with the NON OEM (Y) toner and error. Replacing the OEM empty (Y) removes the error.
