Kyocera CS-508ci jamming on first page each day but then ok rest of day

Anyone have ideas? 508ci jamming on first page every morning. Jams at or just before the fuser accordion style. First page every morning but then fine after that. We tried a different fuser with the same results. Difficult to reproduce since it is just on the first page of the day.
I am starting to think maybe a board issue?? Could a capacitor be failing that would completely drain if in sleep mode overnight and then be ok once the machine is up to full power all day?
Customer tested making a copy instead of printing on the first page with same results.

The lead edge void on these is minimal at best, and U402 only gives you 1mm adjustment which is nothing. Try using U034 to adjust the timing. This isn't the correct way to do it, but it's the only way to increase the lead edge void.
    Hope that helps !

Don’t over think it. I’ve had similar issues on a Ta-352 and it was a slow sensor flag when the machine was cold that caused it. What is your error code?

Had a Ricoh 305 plus that would jam first thing in the morning. It was hardened toner on the fuser exit sensor sticking the sensor. After the machine got hot and the first sheet of paper broke it free but caused a jam it was fine for the rest of the day because it stayed warm. If you already swapped the fuser less likely to be this. As tmaged suggested, increase your lead edge margin in U034.

        What is the jam code?

Thanks for all your input. We were able to resolve this. We were misinterpreting the error. It ended up being an actuator that would stick if it sat for a long time in the bridge unit and when the machine shut down z-folded as it was going into the fuser.
