Kyocera TASKalfa 3550ci printing lighter bars/strips, changing colors of text

We have a TASKalfa 3550ci that is printing lighter areas (example in blue area).
When printing orange text, the text within those lighter areas is printed in magenta.

We have run the service programs several times and changed the toner. After changing the magenta toner it printed one page without the lighter areas, then back to the purple text (that should have been orange).

    Thanks in advance

How does the colour belt A3 look? Genuine toner? How old are the drums? How does it look after dev refresh, drum refresh, calibration and tone curve? Dehumidifiers fitted?

You changed out the toner hoping to correct light image? Are you an end user?

The copier has printed 301220 overall, 108378 b/w, 192842 color and I don't believe anything was changed yet. We have run the refreshes and calibrations multiple times without any significant change

Sadly, we do not use genuine toner.

are you the user or the technician? Do you know how to access the internal parts of the machine? More information wouldn't hurt. Commercial toner, quality not at its best ....
