Hoping everyone that reads this case had a nice and safe Thanksgiving.
I'm working on this MFP printer that for some reason and based on the event log it jams 2 times on the first print or copy, obviously it shows the jams most likely in the morning when the customer turns on the printer, but after that it works perfectly, it currently has the latest firmware, the MR is at 5K prints, feed rollers for tray and a new fuser were replaced just to make sure rollers and fuser weren't the cause, loaded Kelly paper that we normally use to set up the machines, brought machine in shop and tested around noon and same couple jams, after that machine works perfectly, single and double sided, cassette and MPT. I turned off printer let it cool down for couple hours and tested again, same jam 4211.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
