I have kyocera taskalfa 5550ci machine to be maintain. Evry thing is ok. But the back side on header is color mixed toner, but the printe side is clear image. When i print (no copy) only black and white there is no problem. Plc anybody who experianced on it help me how to solve it.

Secondary transfer roller is depositing toner on back side of paper.

Common cause is using non-OEM toners.

-e- and keep in mind that, there is plenty of toner in developers. It takes time when all the shi%ty toner gets used.
Quick fix is maint kit A and B and OEM toners

um, ... no ... you can't use Konica Minolta toners in Kyoceras. Not if you care what the image quality looks like.

If you have an image quality issue, it would be a good idea to attach a quality sample of these images:

          Attached Files
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

There is no error code or jam message on this machine the only problem is top back side toner gohost. I have service manual and look solution for this trouble. It shows to clear groove on Paper transfer roller. I did it. Further more i have cleared transfer belt cleaner, all chargers, and all drum cleaners, but no change.

Slow down and read what the other members are telling you.

Post an image of the problem you're having. And stop clearing the counters.

Yes it is on all multiple sheets. Further more when i looks on there is toner gohost on belt, that means it is not cleared. The amount of Color toner on secondery transfer roller increas as number of page increase for multiple copies.

just a suggestion. but you should call a kyocera tech. if you don't know that you can't use another brands product in a kyocera. if you do certain things to a copier incorrectly you can pretty much brick the machine. then you won't be able to do anything. and since you were asking about the toners, don't use generic....

Were copiers even invented in 1919? Some of the earliest facsimile, perhaps.
