Hello colleagues, I have a 5053ci that I get the error C2300. I have changed fuser, fuser motor, motor feed plate enginer, I have also updated firmware but I can not solve the problem. Any suggestion
If i recall i think that might be a problem with one of the door switches not making proper contact when shut
I have exchanged the door with another machine and the problem is solved and both machines work. I am not very convinced by the solution we will see what happens over time.
