    Hi ! ALL i have a some problem here which is when send print from pc ,copier cant print the file out. Check copier status shown ' paused' on this file and cancel it but its failed deleted, only off on machine, the file only gone.Those incoming file will print out in sequent. My supervisor ask to reformat HDD by sim mode i dont think is related .as i think that when send print from pc to copier the file will send thro printer kit and print out ,i hope i m right .Hope your explanation can help me clear my dout. THANKYOU

      Your supervisor could have a point. I wouldn't hurt to give it a try. You might also want to try reflashing the firmware. Is this a shared printer? If so, you might want to check and make sure there isn't a stuck job on someone's PC that needs to be deleted. Good luck...

              Definitely reflash the firmware. I had this problem many times when this machine came out until I got to a certain level of firmware.

                  oh yes. new firmware AND format hd. unless we're talking lots of stuff in adress book (will be erased), go ahead

                      May i know what is the latest firmware can sovle this problem ? I like to share with u all how i do it ,sim 917 to export to thumbdrive and format hdd,off on machine start to import back to machine by sim917 .thats it. u all think is it all right by this way? THANKYOU.

                          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
