[Misc] 7003 Mac Printing issue

Howdy folks,

Had a customer with a 7003 that just had the latest firmware updated thru KFS. Something appears to have happened with the update. Customer tries to print a 14 page PDF with alot of pictures in it from a Mac and it just doesn't want to print. You cancel the job and some half rendered pages spit out. Works fine from Windows. Downloaded the latest Mac driver which didn't help.

I ended up doing U021 on the machine and restoring just the address book only with U917. Ill let the IT guy setup scanning etc again. After i put the IP back in the machine, it printed instantly from Mac.

No idea what happened but just a heads up.

Just a follow up.
We did our firmware update Feb 19. Customer reported issues started Feb 26. Not sure if the firmware update was the culprit but U021 did solve the issue. Strange a Windows PC was fine.

Make sure it's not using a browser extension and is printing the document from Acrobat reader. I had that problem on a PC a few weeks ago.
