[Misc] Copystar 3212i Airprint

Customer with a Copystar 3212i is recently having issues using airprint. When he sends a print job it tells him the copier is out of paper but if he goes to the copier he can choose a paper tray to print and the job will print. Could this be a firmware issue or does customer just need to reset his airprint.?

Is it really telling him it is out of paper or is it wanting him to put in some crazy media type like pre punched, glossy or letterhead?

Usually Airprint will tell you the machine is out of paper if any of the trays are empty. It's an Airprint issue, not a machine issue.
