[Misc] PA4500X set to wrong country

This started as a current customer who ordered toner for a machine we didn't recognize. It is a PA4500X so we took them a TK-3402 and it didn't recognize it. We took another one over and it didn't recognize that one either. The only way it would work is moving the chip to the 3402. After some research we saw that the status page had 9000 A4 prints on it and the date was set to day/month/year versus month/day/year. They initially asked for a TK-3400 and we couldn't find that and looked up what it took and it takes a TK-3402, at least in the U.S. Well they said they bought it as a refurbished machine from somewhere but on one can tell us where, it is a decently large doctor's office.

I looked in the manual and can't find anywhere to change the destination country and that is my question. Is there a way on that machine to change the destination country or are they stuck trying to locate TK-3400 somewhere online?

MM252 should be set to "Inch" and MM265 should be set to 1.

I looked in the manual and there isn't a way to get into maintenance mode on this machine. It is a printer with no keyboard and only has a service mode from what I can tell and you can't set destination countries in service mode.

Oops, MY bad. I didn't realize It's the PA (even though it's clearly stated). Seems like it's an EU machine. Maybe, but I doubt it, Prescribe? I doubt Kyocera would assist directly, but you can try.

The FRPO for Country code of the resident fonts is U6 = 0 for the USA. So... !R! FRPO U6, 0: EXIT This is the only reference to a Country code in the Service Manual.
