Client picked the machine up from a friend and it works fine other than network printing. Can’t get the web page to show up ina browser and can set IP manually and still can’t get prints out of it. Internal prints are fine. We thought we turned off all security also. Any ideas?

If you're having the issue where the webpage just says "connection refused" or something along those lines, you may need to disable SSL and enable HTTP connections in the devices network/security settings. Also double check you're using HTTP when you connect via IP address after changing those settings. Otherwise, I'd make sure it's actually grabbing an address that can be used by the network, make sure DHCP is turned on at first. -

The easiest way to get into command workcentre is to use an old Windows 7 laptop and access through Internet Explorer, after you have upgraded the firmware via usb. Then go into the protocol list and turn on SSL.Net+ PDI+ @RemoteComment
