TA 3554ci Copy Quality.

Looking for help, i have a TA 3554ci with intermitent Cyan background on copies and prints, have replaced Cyan drum and dev units, fault comes and goes with no real pattern.

You’ll need the test charts and will need to run U411. Not an uncommon issue.

Good answers up to yet, but not real helpfull i think.
I am sorry for this answer.
It happens during copy and print, in case of printing issue from cyan only, U411 can't be helpfull.
Sample needed to see which kind of background.
Run full image scan before sharing to see if it' s with or without margins.
U000 also good idea, but I do not think that we see wrong data, because it happens not always.
From my experience, it can be HVT problem for cyan.
Share sample + U000 and we'll try to help.
