Does ANYONE 🙏🙏🙏have the D6 piece for a DF 7110? I cannot seem to find one and I really don't need to have my client order a whole finisher for one little piece...
I could use a little help with locating it. TYIA...

I don't have one but the part number is 303RW24081 GUIDE DRUM LOWER, and the label: 303NB34170 LABEL D6 NEW. The label is of course not mission critical.

I want to thank everyone for the assistance. I contacted another Kyocera dealership that is much closer to the clients office than I am and handed it over to them. I figured it would be better all the way around since I live 80+|- miles from them and the dealership is only minutes away from my clients office.

          Here I thought that I was done...TAKE 2!!

I called the client to see if anything has happened with his copier and the company that I suggested and so far... . . . . .NOTHING!!
Looking like the toner seal on the yellow may have failed but I didn't see it when I had the machine apart. And still need the finisher part. I'm thinking that the dealership who I suggested to him is ordering the part and it is on backorder? Recommendations?

I've been in this situation plenty of times. The customer wants to purchase his own parts, but when you give them a list of 5 items ... they only got two. You install the two, and of course the machine still isn't fixed, and of course they blame you. Eventually your relationship with this customer will break, and the sooner the better.

They think that they are saving money by paring down your list of parts, but it doesn't work that way. It's just going to be painful until you part ways.

If you're going to do service, get your own parts, and do not accept theirs. That's my suggestion. Good luck.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
            3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
            4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
            5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
