    7052ci with a C-7302 code

We can't get this to go away, we replaced the cyan developer and the inner unit with known good units and also the front pwb and engine pwb per the manual. Has anyone had any of the 730x codes that deal with the hopper and fixed it without using the parts we have replaced already?

Haha, you know that they say about assuming? We actually haven't. I didn't think a toner would cause this code but will definitely try it Monday.

I think that's the error code I've seen a few times, caused by a bad cartridge. As always, I could be wrong though. Too much stuff in my brain.
        Hope that helps !

It says toner hopper error but makes total sense that it could be a defective toner cartridge. Thanks for the suggestion!
