    TA 3554 can't scan to email

    Howdy folks, had a 3554 that broke scanning with Gmail. When on the web page we tried changing the port from 587 to 465. It wouldn't let us. Kept popping a window up that said "Select the setting"
    We couldn't get past it. Anything we tried to change it would pop this window up. If we ran a connection test we got 3201.

    Ended up backing up the address book and ran U021. That solved it.

          Had this once on a TA2554ci a couple of years ago. Did what Dark Helment did to fix.
          Never seen it since.

              on gmail have you setup the 2F authentication?
