hello ,this is the first time to use this for upgrade fw but i have read instruction but upgrade not work for "unable to validate file fw"

i have attempt whit file fw zip and not work
i have estract all file now , who is the file fw?

What model? What firmware version?
What are you upgrading and why?

Upgrade with a flash drive or KFS is easier. To upgrade by flash drive you have to unzip the file first. Then after it is unzipped, it is going to make a folder that has the firmware in it. Then open the folder and copy everything to the root directory of a flash drive. Insert that into the flash drive port on the machine and turn it on. It should update the firmware. You need to read the instructions on how to remove the flash drive. Some machines want you to turn it off and remove the flash drive and restart the machine while others restarts after the process is complete.

i have a utax 256i whit to which I can not update the firmware via usb because it goes into error f000 when I try so they advised me to use the KYOCERA NETWORK PRINT MONITOR to update it via the network but being the first time I use it, I'm trying to update a 4035i that has problems with the fuser and drum

i use ever usb but this mfp go to f000 when i trayazzo:

Se insisti ancora nell'utilizzarlo, hai inserito la password di amministratore nella sezione "comunicazione"?

F000 means communication error main<>operation panel. No more operation panel firmware present.....
Upgrade won`t start if no communication present.
USB, KFS/ Kyocera Fleet Service Manager or NPM (UTAX Network Print Monitor) won`t upgrade if there is not communication.
You can`t upgrade any non existing part by USB or else.
Check wirings between main <> operation panel or exchange operation panel at first and try again by USB.
Did you try emergency upgrade procedure?
Check service manual for "How To Run Emergency Upgrade". (Page 1-6-2 from manual rev.90)
I don`t think that it will work, but you can try it.(cheaper than new pwb)

but mfp work all , F000 only whit upgrade from usb if turn off, remove usb and turn on in touch screen appaers :FRIMWARE UPGRADE: not change ,tunr of and on and this work ,only problem in in web page posible set address book but not possible set ONE touch

changed main pwb : not upgrade fw
at this time i think usb cable from operation panel to main pwb defect but since it works I leave it so I have already lost too much time
